Waterproof but not very tough

Bought these a couple of years ago and finally had cause to wear them and they certainly kept me dry. However, I had a bit of an off and disappointingly found these are not as tough as the other Endura clothing that I own.  Now featuring 2 large holes they are only fit for the bin now.

MT500 Waterproof Trouser II

I ride my bike everyday and i love these pants. These keeps me warm and dry every day. They dry really fast. After 4 months and 4500 km in rain, sadly the pants started to leak. The fabric just got some wrinkles in the crotch.

Great fit and perfect performance

These trousers are simply great, after looking around I settled for these to save my pockets from the high price of some other known waterproof trousers... and I'm glad I did. The fit was quite baggy around the knees which sort of put me down at first for casual waterproofs to wear when not mountain biking, but when putting on knee pads this issue was justified as the fit was extremely comfortable and didn't become tight like previous trousers I've owned. I recently went on a rather big ride with my friends and these trousers kept me dry and extremely warm during the huge pour down that happened around 30 minutes into the ride... they were extremely easy to take off after usage by just unzipping the side which I haven't had on previous trousers making them significantly better for a choice of trousers. Definitely recommend to any mountain biker or even someone looking for simple waterproof trousers that will last a lifetime.

Long and loud

Having pretty long legs I had to return three other trousers before finding these. Fox are stupid short, Specialized are shortish and these are almost perfect. The thing is I usually wear W33 L34, so not even crazy long. But apparently all bike apparel models apart from Endura's have corgi physics. So, five stars for that, the only negative is they are loud. Don't worry about that cable or shimano brakepad rattle, your trousers are louder.

Great trousers but could be better

Good waterproof trousers, added benefit of being warm. Plenty of room to wear merino leggings under them Long zips make them easy to put on and remove Only negative is the material could feel a bit more premium and less like a crisp packet

Fantastic trousers

Was a little sceptical about these trousers but how wrong was I they are so comfy on the bike and very warm. Rode in below freezing temps and held warmth very well. Sizing is spot on as well

Biblical rain in the Lake District

I have last years MT500 Spray II waterproof trousers and they're decent. But I got these new ones recently and wore them on a big ride in the lake district. 8 hours in heavy showers all day. They were faultless. I wore Fox enduro leggings underneath with built in knee pads and was dry and comfortable all day.  I actually bought them for me and the missus to share, but I think I'm going to have to get another set!
